Ecologically Adverse Aspects of Small Muscle Group Performance

Popova TV, Kourova OG and Koryukalov YI

Obective: Adaptive body responses to local muscular performance tests in adults of four age groups from 18 to 90 were studied. local muscular performance tests measured by means of a Mossoergograph. The methodology involved measurements taken before and after tests. patterns of statistical values of heart rhythm were observed, a sign of elevated strain in the central regulatory mechanisms of subjects doing tests, which came in the shape of slow waves on electroencephalograms. performance can lead to occupational diseases and is ecologically adversary to the human body.
