The lower lateral cartilages: Why so important?

Considering the nose as a unique organ, in the strategic midline of the face , either a good airflow and aesthetics are crucial factors for acquiring a plastic and functional equilibrium of the nose and the face. Framing the nose in the unique and specific human face, improving clinical parameters like support, permeability, proportions and angulations promotes a desirable balance, essential for self-esteem too!
